ImageNick Waites 5th Dan (Aikikai Foundation)

Nick is the senior instructor at the Koteikan Aikido Centre. He has more than 35 years experience of practising and teaching Aikido. A graduate of the Northern College of Acupuncture, he is also a qualified acupuncturist.


ImageRay Brown 4th Dan (Aikikai Foundation)

Ray has been practising Aikido for over 20 years. He is a retired police officer with practical experience of using aikido-based techniques for self-defence.
